At Café Canopy, we have over 14 years of coffee roasting experience. We cup our coffees constantly and we only buy green beans that meet our exacting social, environmental, and taste standards.

Since we are a small, independently owned coffee company, we roast coffee daily in small batches, and we use a vintage Probat coffee roaster that utilizes a cast iron roasting drum which ensures that the coffee roasts evenly and gently, producing a coffee that is always rich, complex, and smooth.
